A Brief History
There is a record of Trysull & Seisdon playing Bridgnorth in 1858 and for the next season or two. There was a team in the 1940`s, early 1950`s and one in the 1960`s. There have been at least four pitches, two in Trysull, one in Seisdon and one in between the two. The current team started from humble beginnings in 1975 at the ground that we still use to this day.
The current brick built pavilion replaced the burned down wooden structure in 1984. By the end of May 2005 we'd built a new shower block, new changing rooms for both home and away teams and a new umpires shower and changing room combined. A new scorebox was also built along with two new storage rooms for both the cricket and football teams.
In 2007 we obtained a grant from the SITA Trust which provided us with a new sightscreen, covers, a mobile practice cage and bowling machine.
In 2008 we obtained grants from South Staffordshire Housing Association and Awards for All to begin the club's first Junior Section. In 2008 we also celebrated our 150th Anniversary of the first game by a Trysull & Seisdon CC team.

The Shropshire Border League was entered in 1982 with a second XI joining in 1988. This eventually merged with the Shropshire League in 1992. We have had considerable success, in the various leagues and cup competitions we have entered through the years, in particular the Midweek teams.
